Lindley Frederickson, RN, grew up in Tallahassee and has had a love of healthcare instilled in her since a young age. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse for five years prior to returning to school to become a Registered Nurse. Lindley is happily married (to a nurse) and has two wonderful children. She enjoys playing the piano and a variety of different sports in her downtime.

 

“I love working at FIT and having the privilege of helping people along on their weight-loss journey,” says Lindley. “I have struggled with my weight my whole life, so I am going on this journey with each and every one of our clients. We can do this and get healthy together!”
