What You’ll Need:

  • 2 lb. sirloin steak cut into bite size cubes

  • 1 red, orange, and green bell pepper cut into cubes

  • 1 large red onion, cut into cubes

  • 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt of choice

  • ¾ tsp. pepper

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

  • 2 ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ c. lemon juice

  • ¼ c. tamari

  • ½ c. olive oil

  • Skewers

How To:

  • In large bowl, combine garlic, seasoning, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, tamari, and whisk while pouring in olive oil.

  • Place the pepper, onions, and steak cubes into marinade and toss to coat.

  • After letting rest, skewer ingredients.

  • On a preheated grill, place skewers down and immediately reduce temperature to medium. Cooking, turning occasionally, until done.

  • Remove and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
