What You’ll Need:
2 lb. sirloin steak cut into bite size cubes
1 red, orange, and green bell pepper cut into cubes
1 large red onion, cut into cubes
1 Tbsp. seasoning salt of choice
¾ tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 ½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ c. lemon juice
¼ c. tamari
½ c. olive oil
In large bowl, combine garlic, seasoning, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, tamari, and whisk while pouring in olive oil.
Place the pepper, onions, and steak cubes into marinade and toss to coat.
After letting rest, skewer ingredients.
On a preheated grill, place skewers down and immediately reduce temperature to medium. Cooking, turning occasionally, until done.
Remove and let sit 5 minutes before serving.
